Simple ways to pay

Audi Financial Services has plenty of options when it comes to paying your bill, because we believe financing your Audi should be as smooth as driving one.

 

Recurring automatic monthly payment

This is the easiest way to pay. You can sign up for automatic payments through your online account at AudiFS.com/myaccount or contact us to have an enrollment form sent to you.

 

One-time payment via My Account

Simply log in to your online account at AudiFS.com/myaccount and make a payment any time.

 

One-time or recurring payment through your bank's bill pay system

Reference your account number and the payment address on your monthly billing statement.

 

One-time payment over the phone

This can be done through our automated phone system or by speaking directly to a Customer Care Representative at (888) 237-2834. To use our automated system, you will need to provide your Bank Routing Number and Checking Account Number. Then, select option 1 after you enter your personal information.

 

One-time payment by mailing a check or money order

Mail in your payment to the address on the front of your invoice and include your account number on the check. Please allow 5-7 days for your payment to reach us.

Payments initiated Monday through Saturday, before 5 p.m. ET, will be credited to your account on the next business day. Payments initiated on Sundays, bank holidays, or Monday through Saturday after 5 p.m. ET will be credited to your account on the second business day after the payment is made.

 

One-time payment with Western Union® Quick Collect

To pay by Western Union, please have the following available: Audi Financial Services Account Number, City Code: "Car", State Code: "IL". Fees may apply.

 

One-time payment with MoneyGram®

To pay by MoneyGram, please have the following available: Audi Financial Services Account Number, Receive Code: "6222". Fees may apply.
